HOW DO WE WORK?

After your order has been placed, we will immediately start working on it and carefully pack it. Your products are packed in sturdy and high-quality boxes that are filled with various types of padding. (depending on your product) We do this to ensure that your products are delivered to you properly.

When your package is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with all shipping information and the expected delivery time. Naturally, the entire shipment is monitored until you have received your order in good order.

Letterbox package within the Netherlands €4.95

Within the Netherlands Postal parcel = €6.95

Shipped insured within the Netherlands (> €1000 to €5500) = €8.95

Shipping costs to Belgium = €9.95

Countries other than the Netherlands & Belgium = On request

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your online order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs.
The costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. You are responsible for the method of (insured) shipping and the careful packaging of the items.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Re-Own with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@re-own.nl or via our customer service. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH THE PRODUCT DURING THE REFLECTION PERIOD?

You must be able to evaluate the product to determine whether you want to keep it. You may open the packaging to view the product, provided you do so properly. You may not actually use the product if you do not yet know whether you will keep the product. The seller may request compensation if it appears after return that you have done something with the product that was not necessary to assess it. This reduction in value is always made known to you.
