Can I exchange my products with Re-Own?
Of course! We offer a trade-in service where you can trade in your old products for a discount on new purchases. To trade in your items, visit our Sell & Trade page.
How can I contact customer service?

What are the accepted payment methods at Re-Own?

Yes, our products are thoroughly checked by our specialists, which means we give a 1-month warranty on all our products.
What are margin products?
Margin goods are used goods that we have purchased without VAT.
The used goods that we offer are generally margin goods and fall under the tax authorities ' margin scheme. For you, this means that a VAT rate of 0% applies to this purchase.
